Why you need help!

The world wide web is a mess of information - I've been searching for answers using the web for a lot of years now and one thing I have absolute belief in is that there is to much information! How does a person know what to trust and what to believe? On top of that "expert" opinions are everywhere but only enough to get you in the door.
